What a great experience. I had to bring my husband’s iPhone In because he dropped it in the street exiting his car to work. The screen shattered and went dark. My husband needs his phone for work so I gave Alex a call and he said he could fix it in 1-2,hours. His fee is reasonable and his work is superb and fast. He is honest and extremely knowledgeable. My husband has had the same problem repaired by Alex 3 times and this last time the camera needed to be replaced as well. Alex actually rebuilt my husband’s phone with ease. Compuplus is a very skilled business that was able to both install extra storage & fix software issues on a laptop (Acer Predator Helios Neo 16) that had only been out for 3 months. The people working there are also extremely kind & friendly, as they provided amazing customer service. Also all of the work they did was done in a very timely manner.

Alex did a wonderful job replacing the screen for my iPhone 8 Plus. He let me know when the part would arrive (the next day after my inquiry) and installed it the next day within an hour. It was a great experience.
