Well, this was really a terrific customer service experience--rare and satisfying. Brought in a 10-year old Dell tower with a failing hard drive, and it was repaired in less than 24 hours. Put in a solid state drive, which of course costs a little more, but now it performs like a new computer. Really couldn't ask for more. Thanks, Alex and team!
