I cannot give high enough praise to KC Computer. Best customer service ever. Russ, the owner, is very knowledgeable and was so patient with my ‘many’ questions. His repair turnaround time is quick, and prices are very reasonable. I am so glad I (by chance) found this place. Now, I am a happy, satisfied, loyal customer. I will not go anywhere else. Also, if you are in the market for a new computer, I recommend seeing him first. He may have what you are looking for at a better price.

If you are having computer issues, this is where you want to go. Russ is the best. There was a mailing delay in getting in my part but he assured me everything was going to be fine. He put my mind at ease. He not only fixed the problem but it looked like a new computer when he finished. I couldn't be happier. Thank you again!
