Super impressed with these guys. The repair rates are reasonable and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I brought my rig in to repair the liquid cooling fan. Mike analyzed my machine and besides replacing the cooling system also suggested additional improvements to make the rig faster. My rig has never run as good as it does now. Very friendly and helpful staff. Completely repaired my system and went the extra mile to ensure games I play ran correctly and updated all my drivers. Michael was very informative and communicated with me exactly what was going on, they even worked around the fact I was travelling for a week+ while my PC was in the shop.
