I handed Robert 18,000 (yes) photos and various other precious memories on two failed hard drives. These had been dead for a while but when our beloved family dog passed, I wanted to see if I could retrieve photos of our early days with her. I didn’t have a ton of hope but my mom and my therapist have taught me not to panic until there is a reason to. Robert saved them all. (I think. I haven’t counted but, there are thousands.) Not only did he save them all but he was kind, transparent with his process, crystal clear in his communication and he got the job done quickly. (As quickly as one can with thousands of files). His prices are incredibly reasonable and he showed me exactly how to find everything he transferred before I left with my new hard drives. THANK YOU, Robert!

Contacted Robert for help with my laptop. Robert was prompt, polite, patient, knowledgeable, and very professional. When I explained the problem I was experiencing, Robert told me "I'm going to try to save you some money by trying to fix your problem over the phone". Sure enough, he was able to help me over the phone with step-by-step instructions that got me up and running in about 10 minutes....and he didn't charge me a dime!! My son’s computer screen was repaired by The Real Computer Doctor. He gave me a flat rate price to replace the screen over the phone. After I drop my computer off, amazingly the screen was replaced and ready for pickup the next day. Finally I found a honest low priced computer shop. From now on he’s my go to computer guy.
