Once the project began, Jerry Farrell, our project manager, ensured everything ran smoothly. He is so very kind and attentive and kept us informed every step of the way with regular updates and photos, consistently checking in to ensure our satisfaction. Jerry’s hands-on approach included being on-site throughout the day to make sure their hard-working and respectful crew were performing their best work and conducted a thorough final review upon completion. Choosing Feazel for our new roof was an excellent decision. From the very beginning, their representative, Brandon, provided a clear and detailed estimate, explaining all the options and answering every question we had. The day of the install, the installation crew arrived on time as we discussed. The crew was phenomenal and worked incredibly hard; they also maintained a very clean and organized worksite. They were respectful of our property and took great care to protect our landscaping. Brandon kept us informed of their progress daily, and the communication was seamless. We were also sent pictures during and after the roof install, allowing us to see the progress. The finished roof is beautiful and appears to be incredibly well-installed. We are thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and quality of work from Feazel.

Feazel did a great job on our new roof! Jerry was great and kept us up to date on what was going on and sent us pictures of the progress throughout the day. He came back the day after and made sure everything was cleaned appropriately, even in the rain.

My project was done under an insurance claim, and the team was experienced with getting the project done within the scope of what was approved. They are an experienced team that do great work. Knowing my concern for my dogs potentially stepping on a nail, they made sure to double and triple check their clean up process. Would highly recommend this team.

This is my third project with Cole and they again exceeded my expectations. A tree hit a small building on my property. Originally I just wanted repair work done. The day the crew came out, I changed my mind and asked for a large deck. They did not hesitate. They built it just as I described. As always, they were competent, professional and pleasant. I couldn’t be happier with the result!

Cole Roofing did a great job replacing our roof, and charged a very reasonable rate. They worked very hard and did a fantastic job. The crew on site was friendly, professional and helpful.
