Blue was recommended multiple times on social media as a top choice for home inspectors in the area. He absolutely lives up to that reputation. I really appreciated his professionalism, kindness, thoroughness, explanations and generally just taking the time to answer any and all questions I had. At the end of his inspection, I had a couple of items in the home I had questions about and Blue was kind enough to look over those extra things with me. He provided his findings verbally on site and I received my actual report online that evening. The home inspection report is detailed and concise, with recommendations for what needs repair and what professional would be best suited for the job, the severity of any issues found, and a bunch of photographs. The report is extremely organized and easy to understand. You’re also provided with a summary page of the inspection findings, which is very handy when bringing issues to the attention of anyone else who needs to be aware (such as the builder). It’s been less than 24 hours since my inspection and I have recommended Hilltop Home Inspections to multiple people. I would 100% utilize this business again for my home inspection needs!.

Blue was the absolute best. He completed our home inspection on the house we are purchasing. He was extremely thorough, but was able to walk us through the findings easily and in lay terms. He made the findings digestible and very matter of fact. The way he approached the process made my husband and I feel very comfortable and like we knew what things we needed to keep an eye on, what things would be a problem right now, and how to mitigate potential issues that might arise in the future. While I don't plan on purchasing another home for a good long while, I will 100% use Blue again and will be sending my friends his information.

Blue was very thorough and his report is like a work list to get everything up to top working order. Sorted by Safety Hazard level and other updates to focus attention on those most important items.
