The team arrive at the scheduled time and went right to work. Very friendly and answered all questions as they worked. Since we were getting screens and inside of windows done they needed to access all windows from the inside. We were very impressed with the care they took - nothing damaged and everything put back in place. The same on the outside, we were not required to move anything such as porch and deck furniture - they handled it all. Their pricing was reasonable and we were given discounts based on the total work. Check their website, you'll see they do many other things beyond the basic window and house washing. I recommend Window Genie - we plan to use them again next year.

They were very good.The windows were nice and clean and they stayed clean after a big rain. The men who came were very helpful, They helped put furniture back in place and cleaned everything up when they were done.
