I was impressed with the service I received before and after the installation of my new HVAC. I loved the fact that a person other the person who was doing the job checked to make sure the job was done correct. Emmanuel and the technician that worked with him was very friendly and dedicated. Took their time installing the whole system. Made sure everything was explained to me in detail. Cleaned up area once job was completed. I would gladly recommend ARS to anyone.

Derrick Cooper was very friendly. He took his time explained the issues with our unit. Took photos and showed us the problems. He offered solutions and did not try to sell ARS or try to push ARS sales down our throats. He was very polite and respectful. He took his time and I truly appreciate his honesty and respect the thoughtful and upfront truth. His attitude was wonderful. Again I truly appreciate that in a service technician. Upfront and honest. Derrick is a great representative of ARS.

Jonathan is very knowledgeable and an asset ARS/Rescue Rooter! Would want him for all are HVAC needs.

Happy Home is great! We have the annual service plan and their technician came out today (mid-January) to discover that our furnace was down to its last burner. The tech, Riley Wood, ran to pick up the replacement part and completed the installation in sub-30 degree temps. He was very thorough and completed the job quickly. Thank you Happy Home!

They fixed a leak in my shower and I’m very pleased. Everyone who works here is friendly and helpful. I liked that they gave me the option to provide the parts or for me to buy the parts myself and save a little money. I also really liked that they were able to come out the day I called. The work looks good and works great.

Happy Home has always been prompt and helpful for all our AC and heating needs. Raymond Carson recently did our Spring maintenance and he was friendly, professional, and answered all our questions. Highly recommend Happy Home!

We are so happy to have found this company for our HVAC service needs. Aaron thoroughly cleaned and assessed our aging systems at our home and rental property. He is knowledgeable and is able to explain things in terms that are understandable to someone without a background in this type of equipment. I feel 100% satisfied and confident we are all set with our systems for the heat and humidity of a central NC summer. It was also a relief to not feel like we were overcharged, their prices are very reasonable.

Great experience with the technicians who came to my home! I called for a non-emergency a/c tune-up on Monday and they were here less than 24 hours later right on schedule. Provided excellent service, got everything in working order, and did not upsell or push for services I didn't need. Will definitely be my go-to call for heating and air.

They were excellent, came out and did a "tune-up" on both my systems and it already seems to be performing a little bit more efficiently than it was, humidity level seems to have dropped in the house as well! Thanks, we will be using you all in the future as well!
