We had a great experience with Terminix of Durham. The entire process was quick, easy, and very professional from start to finish. The cost estimator, Ben, came out quickly and answered all of my questions thoroughly with no delays or pressure. I had two other price estimates, so their prices are competitive. The technician,Ty, who handled the extermination was awesome — knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel much more at ease during a stressful situation. A few days after the extermination process, the Branch Manager, Richard, came out personally to do a follow-up inspection. He was patient and thorough, with great customer service, which gave us even more confidence in the follow up service we will receive, if needed, I also appreciated all the advice they gave us about what we should have done when we first noticed the bugs and the best steps to take after treatment. Overall, excellent customer service and a very professional team. Highly recommend Terminix.

I could tell he understood how worried I was about the mice issue- he was patient, took the time to check everything carefully, and didn’t rush the process. Terminex has been great! They come by on the regular and spray around our home. Today they sprayed for ants inside and put out bate. They placed termite bate traps around our house a while back and they regularly refill them. Been very happy with the service so far.

Dylan Alexander discovered a leak in my crawl space and recommended remediation as there was mold forming. In addition, he recommended replacement of the old insulation and re-encapsulating the area. He kept me in the loop during the entire process and was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely courteous. He helped me set up the humidity monitor application on my phone. He explained the various payment options clearly . All in all, a very positive experience because of his engagement in the process.
