I am not a plant person. But Phillip and his family are. I can go and tell him what I want for my property and he gives me options that fit. Shade, versus full sun, versus morning sun, versus evergreen, versus annuals. One time he even asked which way my house faces. I also love that they have top soil, compo.

Philip and his son Yousef at Nazo Landscaping are awesome! They're super knowledgeable and incredibly warm and helpful. Though I often go in with an idea of what I want, they always provide alternative options I hadn't considered which are often better suited. They really take the time to understand what I'm looking for, and their prices are way better than other local options. Plus, the quality of their plants is top-notch. They might not be your typical garden center, but their selection is amazing. They have 40+ acres and they're minutes from Durham. They're definitely a hidden gem worth checking out. If you want to buy great plants from amazing people, go to Nazo's.

Just picked up a beautiful Picea Orientalis Gowdy on sale for 40% off. Tremendous value, magnificent plant! It was a challenge getting in my vehicle, but they used their smarts and backed up the flatbed to the opening of my SUV and slid it in. Brilliant! So glad I found this place. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. I can't wait to plan the rest of the garden so I can come back to shop. BTW, I found a garden statue online and put it in my shopping cart elsewhere. I saw that statue for less here!.

The best The best. Had a list of trees I was looking for, shot them an email with them, they let me know which were in stock, came by, didn't have the size of trees that I was looking for, they ordered some for me from their local grow nursery. All around fantastic experience. Big shout out to Bryan on this one!.

This was a fun place to visit. Huge assortment of plants including aquatic plants, beautifully arranged. Everything was well cared for and healthy. Attentive and friendly staff.

We were very pleased with Martinez Brothers. They cleared out the majority of the plants in the saw front yard of a house we had just purchased, replaced the dirt with topsoil and added a sprinkler system and a wrap-around walkway.. This summer, our flowers were spectacular thanks to their work. The staff works hard, cleans up at the end of the day and is respectful. The photos show the flower garden and what that area looked like when they started.

Highly recommend. Will use again (soon!). Big job. Turned a poorly graded, muddy mess into 3 80’ tiered terraces with french drains. Properly done prep, footings, gravel fill and reinforcement. It’s now a beautiful place for our family that should last forever. I’m a Master Gardener and think Martinez Bros. executed the plan professionally. David is knowledgeable- recommended changes to ensure the best outcome - and was accurate on his estimates (timing, labor and supply costs). Super Hardworking crew cleaned up the job site every night. The brothers make a great team - at least one was at our site all the time.

Far exceeded my expectations. I provided a picture of something similar to use as an inspiration and the results Martinez brothers provided look remarkably better. The team was very efficient, courteous, and professional leaving no trace that they were here, other than the new paver driveway extension. Martinez Brothers will be my go-to for any landscaping or hardscaping projects in the future.
