These guys are good! My laptop crashed. My go-to GTS computer tech advised me to check Uptech at Poplar & Mendenhall before going on a big box store safari for a replacement. Turned out to be great advice. Bought a laptop that was a considerable upgrade, complete with warranty and charger from the actual human expert who refurbished and tested it, for a few hundred bucks. Best of all, I saved several hundred dollars, didn't have to endure the apathetic big box "team members" and supported a local business. Works for me.

This business practices integrity and quality with every transaction. Their warranties are upheld, and rational promises are kept. Where a replaced component might fail, they'll make it up to you. Their repair estimates are accurate and honest. There's not another repair technician of their caliper in the city. I wouldn't recommend anyone else.

Reliable service, reasonable prices. They've been here a long time and do excellent work. Fast turnaround considering how busy they are.
