Top notch service. They were recommended by my realtor. Tom was very helpful with trying to stay within my budget. I was originally quoted as possibly two to three weeks out after the deposit for installation. Which bummed me out. But then I got the call to schedule, and it was less than a week later! Even better, they tore out carpet, put in the new all within 4-5 hours. They cleaned, vacuumed, and hauled everything. I’m so happy with the quality service with Broadway.

Absolutely the best place in Knoxville for all your floor covering needs. The greatest people to work with. These are local people, not some huge national company. I've never had an issue but I'm confident that if I did, they would do whatever it.took to make it right. Been doing business with them for 30-40 years.
