This store has so many tile and flooring options. I love it! I have purchased ceramic tile for my shower wall, seat and cut large tiles for a decorative border. Also bought 2’x4’ porcelain tile and luxury vinyl plank (LVP) for a bathroom and bedroom. They carry inventory from very inexpensive to high end and a wide variety of tile border options. It’s a great place to look around and get creative ideas. I have also ordered online twice and picked up in-store same-day and my order has been ready to go both times.

I am editing my review of two weeks ago. I said great selection and prices but there was more. They couldn’t fill part of my order due to the tile being popular and sold out everywhere. I placed an order online with FandD and waited with very little feedback on delivery. When the crunch came my wife was lucky to get help from Jonathan at the Pro Desk. He searched everywhere for the tile without luck but when my online order came into his store he immediately segregated it and kept it safely until we could pick it up. Project would have been delayed if not for his help. Great service.

I went in for the first time recently and was blown away by the amazing selection. Then there was the customer service. Wow! Despite the fact that my project was nothing grand and he was clearly working on several other tasks, Assistant Department Manager Luko saw I needed help and jumped in to help me select the perfect tile, thin set, and grout for my laundry room floor. The tile was great quality and went down flawlessly. Five stars!! Luko, you’re the BEST.
