I was very pessimistic about getting some personalized advice for a large bathroom shower and floor tile project. I had already been by once to check basic prices so I was coming in for specific questions and quantities. Long story short Madison and Savannah were awesome. They took the time to hear me out, ask follow up questions and when they didn’t know the EXACT product to use in this odd situation they called Josh from install to actually get the correct product instead of guessing. The whole crew was great and I look forward to placing my order over the next few days. I would 100% recommend Savannah and Madison if you have any questions about the look or feel you are going for. Best customer service at any “big box” I have ever received.

It was my first time in this store but it was definitely not my last! Wow, the selection is amazing. Tracy educated and guided us to making many selections for our forever home. She made the entire process stress-free and affordable, to boot. We are thrilled with what we accomplished today and can't wait to finalize everything soon. I'd highly recommend this store yo anyone looking to renovate or build.
