What an incredible experience, not only were the prices lower than expected, but my sales woman, JJ, was amazing. I told her what I wanted, she took me right to the perfect floor, in the large, we'll stocked warehouses, and she was able to explain pros and cons in different products and gave me a ballpark figure for the entire job that was spot on. The installers did a fabulous job. Couldn't be happier with JB, JJ , the great price and the great installers.

Maria helped us get flooring for our whole house and was so nice and truly went above and beyond expectations. When the flooring was installed the guys did a fantastic job and once again went above and beyond expectations. We had one room of our house installed by home depot and thats when I decided to write this review. If you're trying to decide between JB and home depot pick JB.

JJ patiently and cheerfully helped us choose a porcelain tile floor that we love at a great price and John's team had it skillfully installed in just a couple of days. Your store has the personal touch that other stores lack.
