We had an amazing shopping experience at Gallery! Our sales consultant Matt was helpful, friendly, and thoroughly knowledgeable about the products we were looking at. We appreciate the time he took to help us make choices that fit our family! Mattress Mack came out and checked on us a couple of times and was so delightful as well! This is a great company lead by service-oriented members of this great community. We're glad to have had the opportunity to shop and spend local, and will be back.

Great purchasing experience - as always. I have been buying from Mac for almost 30 years. This time, however, the most incredible experience was with the delivery. Two teams showed up with my furniture, moved the old out, and set up the new. I bought my furniture late on Friday - after 8 p.m. The teams were here within an hour of the purchase and they were gone in 2 hours. The guys were friendly, polite, and professional, and made my experience worth it.

Great energy, Great customer service, Mattress Mack on site, greeted me, shook my hand, Thanked all customers, and personally greeted customers, snacks and water offered. Everyone on staff, pleasant and helpful. My husband and I felt comfortable and taken care of.
