We have had a good experience with Eli of Rooms to Go. When we wanted to exchange the living room set we purchased,, he was very accommodating and helpful to take care of us and let us choose another set without hesitation. Since then, we have been back a few times, purchasing other items because of his willingness to go out of his way to help us. We returned once again today to purchase a few more items as we believe that if there is any issue, he will continue to take care of us. We have to say that their customer service has been excellent. We have been happy overall with our experience at Rooms to Go.
