From the moment we stepped inside the Rooms To Go Showroom we were pleasantly surprised. Steve Jean greeted us, shared a few bits of information and let us browse. He was never far from us but never interfered. He was always nearby and the most professional furniture salesperson I have ever worked with. Within 30 minutes Steve turned us from shoppers to buyers. I am in the sales business as well and I broke every rule I set for myself when shopping simply because of his personality and demeanor. The store is big, bright and packed with a wide selection. We returned 3 times while looking for a sofa. Of all of the other stores, I was drawn back to a sofa displayed at your store. Each time we were fortunate to encounter the same sales rep, Scott, who always greeted us like we were old friends. We purchased the sofa and a recliner and have our eye on a few more items there, and look forward to doing more business!

I was so pleasantly surprised that Rooms 2 Go gladly gave me a new couch when mine had a defect. I thought that I might have difficulty with regard to the above. Dave was so amazingly accommodating, friendly, informative, that I bought another piece of furniture while waiting for Dave to check dates when new couch could be delivered. I didn’t even go there to buy anything; but realizing what a great upstanding company with informed employees such as Dave, I felt a newfound trust in Rooms 2 Go and wanted to purchase that chair I always wanted.
