Value City Furniture

We were very satisfied at Value City Furniture in Amhearst, NY. The sales rep who greeted us, Bobby, was spot on! He was not on us like a hound dog, allowed us to browse very comfortably, answered questions with great expertise, and volunteered info pertinent to our possible purchase. SOLD! His manager was also excellent at helping process our order after we were back home (over an hour away) We will highly recommend doing business with them.

I went to the Maple Road location, and John Tredo was my salesman. He was the nicest, most helpful salesman I have ever dealt with. I haven't purchased yet because I'm waiting for the closing on my house but I have my order ready! If you're looking for furniture, go see John, you won't be disappointed.

I love the selection. Mary was very helpful with helping me find what I wanted. She was patient with helping me decide between the options, and I’m happy that I got exactly what I have been looking for (a fireplace tv stand) instead of settling for something else.
