Hands down the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had! Peter was amazing, personable, and accommodating. The entire team made me feel like VIP, the process was effortless. I can't say enough good things about Peter, Tony, Mike, Nicole, and the rest of the staff. From walking through the door, I felt so welcomed, like family. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

I wasn't sure it was time to trade in my 2013 Pilot but I had been eyeing the 2025 Honda Passport Trailsport HPD and they had one coming in soon. After so many years of not owning a new car, I was nervous. Nick made the experience very easy. I never felt pressured to make a decision. The entire team at Northtown Honda was helpful. I am glad I made the decision to lease from them. I love my new car and will probably buy it. Thank you.

This is my second purchase from basil. I got a used Nissan Maranoabout 10 years ago. Both times the buying experience is non-stress. I still had to haggle Some, but I was treated respectfully. There was no manipulation of the final price after the fact. Or being left in an empty room for an unnecessarily long time. Sales rep Kevin made the buying process smooth and painless. I love my 2025 Ford Ranger.

I had yet another fantastic buying experience at Basil Ford in Niagara Falls. Blake sold my wife and I a 2022 Explorer ST three years ago, and we loved it so much we came back and bought a 2025 in a new color released this year! Blake made the buying process easy, transparent, and totally painless. I highly recommend Blake and the team at Basil Ford.

Recently I changed from a Jeep to a Bronco. I was hesitant to change dealerships but Ford made it so easy and smooth. Sam was an absolute delight to work with. So personable and so professional. I would recommend anyone go in and ask for Sam. He will get the job done.
