I booked this hotel through Trip.com. Check-in was a bit of a hassle at first — the staff member helping me seemed new and unsure about some things, which caused a small delay. Thankfully, the shift manager stepped in and helped me get everything sorted quickly. I appreciated that. Once I got to the room, it was worth it. The room looked great and the bed was super soft — like a marshmallow! It was really comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The pool was definitely a highlight. It was clean, had an awesome vibe, and offered a really nice view. I spent some time there and honestly, it made the stay feel more like a mini vacation. Only minor downside was the window — it could have been cleaned and bugs removed , as it took away from the otherwise great view. Overall, after the initial check-in hiccup, I had a really nice experience. Would recommend, especially for the pool and cozy room.

My stay at this hotel didn’t start off as the best experience — there were several issues that left me feeling disappointed and frustrated. That’s when I had the pleasure of speaking with Rob, the front desk manager, and he completely turned things around. Rob was professional, kind, and genuinely cared about making things right. He listened to my concerns without brushing them off, took immediate action, and went above and beyond to ensure I felt heard and valued as a guest.

Loved everything about this hotel. Genuinely friendly staff. If it’s your lucky day, you’ll be welcomed by an amazing member of the staff- Kevin- at the front desk. He has answers to all the questions.

The Manager Katie was so helpful and knowledgeable. We had booked our stay with a third party we were having some issues with them when it came to updating our stay she was so helpful and went beyond to make sure we were taken care of. I really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious the rooms were so clean. Oh one more thing someone was always there at the front desk answering calls and concerns.

We were very happy with our stay this past weekend! Price was good for one night and included a hot breakfast! Valet was super easy and pool was clean! We were on the 6th floor and had a nice view of the city! Very clean and fantastic service from staff! I will be staying again.

I loved that they were pet friendly and upon check in they gave me a pamphlet for my dog stating where the nearest resources were like a hospital or vet and pet friendly location to Dine at.

Beautiful room and super comfortable bed; I work very early hours and there was a super loud concert happening downtown on the street. Called the front desk and they immediately moved my room no questions asked and were incredibly kind and fast about it. I was blown away with how easy they made it. Slept great and would definitely recommend. Customer service top notch.

I’ve stayed at the hotel many times over the years. The common areas, my rooms and the outside have always been clean. If I needed anything in the room the service was prompt. Check in has always run smooth and the staff work fast when there are a lot of people. I’ve gotten food recommendations from the staff and I’ve appreciated what I was told. Without fail, I’ve been greeted by the front desk or the van drivers each time I’ve come into the lobby.

I spend at least 12-15 nights per month in hotels for work and this is the first review I have taken the time to write about a hotel. The entire staff at this location are awesome !! Leslie & James took care of me upon check-in and Leslie continued with the hospitality throughout my entire stay there. I truly appreciated their kindness. Keep up the good work and I know I will be back again soon.
