I’ve been coming here for many years and won’t go anywhere else! A girl friend referred me to Bison’s and shared she did not feel taken advantage of as is often the experience of women going to auto repair shops alone. I’ve only had positive experiences with the team here. Everyone is professional and friendly. I feel confident that they are honest with their reports during yearly inspections about any repairs/replacements my car needs. Only once in my 6 years coming here did advise me to replace something (the original car battery.. I had my car for 5 years at that point, so I know it was true) compared to other auto shops I’ve gone to that typically recommend an unnecessary service. Bob always sends a follow up text to ensure everything is working well, even if it’s just an oil change. I highly recommend their services.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received. I came in as an emergency tow and was taken right away. Wait was not excessive and service was professional and reasonably priced. I will definitely use this company again.

Stopped here after my check engine light came when driving in from Boston. Called the morning after I arrived and they offered a same-day diagnostic. Phil quickly identified the issue, offered options for resolution, and was able to perform the service all within a few hours. He also gave some additional maintenance advice for when I get home. No pressure for unneeded services, just honest advice based on what he saw when doing the service. Extremely helpful and polite service all around, and the prices are great. Very highly recommend.

I took my Honda hatchback in for a free diagnostic test. They took my car in right away with no wait or line. The lady at the counter & mechanic were both friendly & helpful. All my car needed was a new battery. But Its nice to know that they didn't try to charge or upsell me with any unnecessary fees, services, or parts. The tire pressure light was also reset & tires inflated. That was very nice of them.
