She is knowledgeable, patient, and has a great eye for detail. She took the time to explain every option, helped us visualize how everything would come together, and offered thoughtful guidance that made us feel confident in every choice. Amanda never rushed us and genuinely cared about creating a home that reflected our style and vision. Working with her was one of the highlights of the entire process. Steve, our sales representative, was equally fantastic. From start to finish, he was attentive, transparent, and always available to answer questions. I am extremely happy with my home and would absolutely recommend Forbes Capretto to anyone looking for a builder that delivers both quality and peace of mind. Being that I have never built a new home in my life I was terrified! It is a huge commitment. But, with Forbes Capretto they truly made it easy and painless. My Sales person, Vern, was on point! Answering all of my questions and made me feel at ease. Most importantly I didn't feel pressure, it was so much more relaxing than spending time at the BMW Dealer!!! This post is a little late considering the builder finished my house five months ago however, I did want to give an update. All I can say is well done! You guys did a great job! My house was finished in a record 8 months. To me this is fantastic considering all of the obstacles. Building through a pandemic, a labor, shortage, and back ordered materials, Frank, Dean and tyler also everyone at the Natale Builders in the background deserve a special thank you from me and my family. There will always be delays when building a new house tensions will run high but that is just the nature of the beast. However, this special group of people really know how to keep it together and keep the train moving forward. They certainly are a well oiled machine .Thank you very much Natale builders.
