Precision Garage Door

As soon as my garage door broke, I called Precision Garage Services and they sent me a technician out within 2 hours of calling. The woman on the phone was incredible to me on getting a technician out as quickly as she could. The technician who came out and fixed my door was Stephen Leonard. He’s an incredible person with great work ethics. We spoke for a while as he fixed my door and told me how much he loves his job and has a passion for what he does. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from any other company when it comes to needing your garage doors installed or fixed. The company has lifetime warranties on their products and never strays away from their standards on making sure they leave your home with a garage door that is in perfect condition.

Except for the initial estimating for a new door in which we were told it would match our other door and the fact that the insulation was not included plus the supplier did not send the correct size tracks on initial delivery we are totally satisfied with dealing with the Precision team. The installers, Brian and Brandon were awesome and would request them to install our second door. Plus the customer service rep Jenn is an unbelievably outstanding company rep, a pleasure to deal with who instills confidence at every turn.
