Great service! Very friendly and professional young man. He was there when I took my husband’s shirts in. When I picked them up he asked me if I was baking pound cakes today. He remembered that from 5-6 before picking them up! I would definitely keep him!.

Always get our dog’s bed cleaned at your place. It is too big for my washing machine. You always do a good job. Looks new every time I pick it up. The bag you put it in is great to store blankets, etc. you are so great. Thank you.

Excellent customer service! Very good dry cleaning of my husband’s sports coats at an affordable price and turnaround time was fast too! I will return and recommend.

They always do a fantastic job , like they just did on our embroidered silk draperies, duvet cover, and shams. They also knew how to protect the fabric before cleaning by “mending” certain spots that were weakened by age and use.

So pleased with the cleaning and preservation of my daughters wedding gown. I was almost positive some stains wouldn’t come out but they worked some magic and it looks to be never worn. Preserved to pass along to a granddaughter, hopefully in our near future!.

I shipped 2 mother-of gowns to Shores in Winston-Salem for cleaning, as I live out of state. Joe was incredibly helpful and professional in facilitating the process and I am very happy with the end result. I would highly recommend Shores to anyone who needs to have their evening gown dry cleaned!!.

1st time to this Dry Cleaner. The staff was very cordial and professional. I had a satin gown that had some stains. Staff explained they couldn’t guarantee that they would be able to get it out (since I was unsure as to what caused the stain), but they would do their best to get it out. I got a phone message the next day (day earlier than expected) stating garment was ready for delivery or pick up. I picked it up 1/2 hr later and all stains out and beautifully pressed and looked GREAT!!!.

Washbox in Winston Salem did an amazing job on our dry cleaning. A bit more pricey than other cleaners but they have free delivery! How fantastic is that! Thanks for the great job.

The staff did a wonderful job in completing my order. I was grateful for their professionalism.
