Derrick was fantastic to work with. He was thoughtful and took the time to explain things well. We had 3 quotes and he was the only one who took the time to strategize the right solution for our issue and avoid unnecessary expenses and costly mistakes. He provided the most value for what he provided for the cost. Out of the 3 quotes we received, he was about 50% less expensive than the big guys that have to pay sales guys, marketing expenses, and administrative costs. HE answered his phone, HE came by and did the quote (not a sales guy), and he educated me along the way and listened when I had concerns or questions. I've read a review with someone upset that Derrick left a huge mess. I can tell you from experience, there may be some evidence left behind that he was working there but his job is to fix electrical issues, not provide cleaning services. He never left any mess that couldn't be picked up in just a couple of minutes with a dust pan. I'd prefer not to pay electrician rates for someone to thoroughly clean up behind themselves. I paid him for his electrical license, his knowledge and skill, not for his ability to sweep. I loved working with Derrick and would absolutely be calling him first should I ever need help in the future! Thanks Derrick! Sorry it took me so long to write this review. Derrick was an absolute grace to our family. Not only did he answer on the weekend for an electrical problem, he came out on the same day to help us out. He has the most approachable and friendly personality, and had no problem explaining what was wrong with our electrical system. He was also very fair on prices, and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Jared and Joey showed up early and fixed our circuit breaker problem quickly. Due to their professionalism, they also noted a few other minor issues in the breaker box and took care of those at the same time and then even helped me find a problem with a light switch and fix that also in seemingly no time at all. We have been long term Caudill clients, and it is obvious this is a company that passes the test to stay on a person's list of the only place to call when you need something done with electricity!! Ethan and Jared from Caudill's team did an excellent job installing and explaining how our security system works at the Kernersville Recreation & Event Center. The installation throughout the facility was quicker than I expected, and they left no trace of their work behind. Kevin provided clear instructions on how to use the app and the website.
