CertaPro painters, Antonio, and Maria were awesome! They were so thorough, attentive to detail, productive, and went to great effort to protect our property with plastic sheet covers, tape, and drop clothes. They thoroughly cleaned up each area. Their finished work was stunning. The popcorn ceiling removal, sanding, caulking, priming, and painting made our dining room ceiling look brand new! They also did an exceptional job in our basement, prepping by caulking cracks, priming, and painting our cinder blocks. Using white Loxon really brought our previously gray blocks to life. I also want to give a most grateful and appreciative 5 star shout out to the CertaPro owner, Mike Pfauth, for all his professional customer service including his initial review, assessment, recommendations, documentation and coordination of our interior painting projects. I could not be more pleased with the results of having Joel's painting experts here to paint a very difficult room in my house just last week. Joel, the owner, responded quickly to my outreach to request an estimate, coming to the house and later that night having a professional and detailed estimate ready and sent via email to me. Fortunately, it worked out with his schedule to work me in right away. Two men, Aaron and Frank, came in promptly 3 days straight to start and complete the project. My request for the room was pretty complicated with 3 different colors of paint and sheens and a desktop that needed staining. My custom builtins needed to be sanded and painted. Aaron and Frank were efficient and thorough and gave attention to detail, making the final project exceptional! I have postposed painting this room as I knew it would be a "pain" but Joel didn't recoil from my requests and delivered with 100% customer satisfaction. They were so exceptional that I am currently having Joel write up another estimate for me on other "to do" paint projects around my house. Joel and team did a great job on the (3) chimneys at our home. They cleaned and prepared each chimney before putting the finish coat of paint on each. They accomplished this while working at heights over 2 stories tall. Thank you Joel and team.
