Mike and Enrri have home a great job installing a voice/video doorbell system with remote operating door strikes. They had to work around glass, aluminum, and brick to get the cables where they needed to go. Surface mount conduit, painted to match the aluminum is almost invisible, preserving the architectural look of the building. They have been very cooperative dealing with the flow of school students, building aesthetics, and cleanup. They will be back to do some additional work and we look forward to seeing them.

ACE HTI was excellent to work with for our home renovation and we are thrilled with their monitoring services and support as well. Jay and his team were all extremely prompt, professional, courteous and considerate in each interaction we have had. We're so grateful - thank you!.

I have been a customer of Piedmont Protective Services for many years now, both in my home and at my business. First off, the owner came out to quote both my business and my home personally. Apparently he does this with all new accounts and I think that is great. The owner, Bill, is extremely professional and was happy to address the needs for my home and business. I was never aware of all the features these alarms could have. He wasn't pushy when I said there were a few features I didn't feel I needed. Bill was more than happy to set up a package that fit my needs. Fast forward several years later I have decide to add a few features and with a simple phone call to Robert at the office, it was done. No fuss. No worries. This is a rock solid alarm company. Their monitoring prices wipe the competition. Highly recommend this crew!.
