Through the years we've had several big remodels on houses that we and our family have owned and this house is the biggest job by far with an all new metal roof & rain gutters, plus new vinyl siding. Josh and his Big Anchor Roofing & Siding crews gave us quality and attention to detail that is far beyond any that we've seen before. They gave us a great job from the first day to the last and if we ever need help again Josh and Big Anchor Roofing will be our first and only call. These two photos will give you a good 'before and after' comparison.

Great experience from start to finish. They showed up on time to get the quote and gave me an estimate on the work to be performed and gave me good recommendations based off of his professional opinions and didn't try to upsell me. The office staff was great to communicate with and even moved me up on the schedule before a storm to get my gutters done! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality work at a fair price.

These guys were great. The guy who came out to do the quote was friendly and helpful. The ladies in the office who do the billing and statements were also awesome. I didn't have to wait very long for installation, just over a week. And the gutters are fantastic. They seem very sturdy.

I had a very good experience with Colby’s Home Repair & highly recommend them. They repaired the fascia board & replaced the drip edge in a timely manner with acceptable cost. The two workers completing the job were very professional & courteous going above & beyond to blow the leaves off my driveway & deck! I would would definitely use them again!

Colby responded quickly, came on site the next day as scheduled, and did a great job with the repair. I will absolutely reach out to Colby for all kinds of home repair in the future. I highly recommend him and his team.

Colby and his crew are very easy to work with. I had been quoted $950 for a roof shingle repair (have lifetime shingles ) by another company, who kept postponing "fixing it" and thank goodness, I called Colby and he said it was not needed....it was just the flashing that needed to be replaced, which he did and very reasonable. I later had storm water problem from neighbor who kept diverting his water to my property. It flooded my basement, causing much damage, ruined my 76 oz. Mohawk lifetime carpet (water damage came in thru my basement windows) and had to tear all out and replace with porcelain tile. Colby installed pvc drain pipes underground from my gutters to control water to go directly into storm drain. They did a fantastic job. I could not recommend them any higher! They are the best.

Our salesperson Rafael was amazing from the beginning to the end of our new roof purchase. He went above and beyond. Brought us several samples on numerous occasions because we could not decide which shingle to go with. He was so pleasant and patient with us. Alina in the office was awesome. She followed up with us and made sure we were completely satisfied with everything. The actual roofers that installed our new roof were very nice, polite and such hard workers. Thank you Mid Atlantic roofing for making our experience so smooth.

My initial contact with the company was great. The estimator, Tim, showed up the home on time and was very professional. His assessment of the roof was directly in line with other roofers we had quote the roof that day. He returned his quote within a day or two and his price was very competitive as well. No work has been performed yet as we are not in the home for another month or two but I wanted to share with potential customers what the intake process is like with this company.

I needed to have my rusty metal roof painted. Mid Atlantic was the only one out of 6 roofers that even returned my call. They pressure washed it and applied 5 layers of coatings. No doubt my roof is really protected now! The entire crew was great! Thanks guys!
