I can't thank Big Anchor Roofing and Gutters enough for their great service. I recently had gutters installed by Big Anchor, but due to the recent and severe storms one of the gutters popped loose. I just can't control old mother nature. I called For service and Thor (not from marvel comics) was there with a few hours to assess the problem. Thor came back with the tools needed for the repair. Thor said this repair will be covered under the Big Anchor warranty and apologized for the inconvenience. Thor is a great example of fantastic customer service. AND, I must say that Wesley was a jewel to my family. He went above and beyond to make sure that we received every supplemental allotment from our insurance and even reached out to our agent twice. Very smooth process. The results of the work you ask?? It looks outstanding. We got a new roof, new gutters, new gutter guard, and replaced damaged siding and decking. Mid Atlantic was great to deal with. A Mid Atlantic rep, namely Jack, was here when my insurance claims person was inspecting the roof. Jack was instrumental in making sure I received the correct amount for the roof replacement job. Overall, the roof looks great and am very satisfied with it.
