Advanced Appliance is amazing! Always professional, courteous and helpful. I've had a system that has been problematic (not AA's fault) but they always take care of it, usually at little or no cost. I had no idea I was under a 5 year warranty! A shout out to Mike and ( sorry I dont remember his partners name). They came out and spent quite some time trouble shooting and I believe they finally found the root problem I've had for a few years. Heat working comfortably in this winter vortex. Usually extreme cold would cause a shutdown. So far, so good! HVAC being put to the test right now. Even got a new thermostat when they had a new one someone couldnt use (elderly and eyes couldnt see the digits I was told.) Both Mike and partner were friendly, unintrusive, quiet, understanding and pleasant to deal with. I even took a quick nap while they worked around the house. Please give those two a raise!! They obviously take pride and care about their work and the customer being satisfied. I cant say enough about them. Great job guys! Advanced Appliance rocks!

Eanes is Excellent! Very friendly and professional staff when setting up my service call. Cory C came to inspect and do preventive maintenance cleaning to our HVAC system. He was courteous, professional and did a very thorough job. I have used Eanes in the past and everyone has always been great, so I decided this time to purchase their Planned Service Agreement.

I just purchased a new Carrier HVAC system. From the initial quote to the financing to the install, I was very happy with the whole process. The new system is running great and though I am not a professional, I can tell that this install was performed much better than the original install I had. Small details like making sure the drain lines clear the house were performed really well. I can tell why Eanes stands behind their work (their labor warranty is fantastic).
