We contracted with Benchmark Custom Home Builders Inc to build our custom dream home. They were with us every step of the way and delivered on everything we expected. They guided us and communicated with us during the process. This was our first time building a home and they took time to explain everything and let us know what to expect. The attention to detail was spot on and their trim carpenters did incredible work. Mark and Jeff are great to work with and we highly recommend Benchmark to anyone considering a home remodel or new construction. 10/10

Mark and his team did a great job building our custom home. We met early on after we found our location and went through what we wanted in a house and worked with an architect to design our dream house. My concern early on was whether or not what I had in my head would be what I got when we moved in and I can say that everything looks and feels exactly like I wanted and I expected. Benchmark was very responsive to our questions and concerns along the way and I would recommend them to anyone looking to build their own dream home.

We highly recommend Benchmark Custom Homes! After meeting with several builders they are definitely a notch above the rest. I loved that all of their houses were completely different and not the same cookie cutter house over and over. Overall, Benchmark was easy to work with and any issue we ran into they addressed it right away.
