Mike and his staff always let me know what to expect next and I am beyond pleased with the result of the porch! I had a safety issue, they understood the situation, and exceeded all expectations with the rebuild and with the time involved. Kat, Mike's office manager, was always pleasant no matter how many times I asked questions. Kat and Mike always took the time to explain everything in ways I could understand. We had a great experience working with the Cornerstone Team. Kat had all appointments set up with vendors to make our choices and her input was very helpful so the process went smoothly every time. As we went along , we made changes and added to our project. She was available to us and made sure all was taken care of. We were always kept informed on when work was scheduled to be done.
