I built with Garland in 2011, have been living in my new home since then, and I am STILL so happy I chose them. We shopped around for a long time before ultimately deciding which builder to use for our home in Columbia Station. I continue to benefit from the quality of their work, attention to detail and the overall design of my new home. Matt Dilling was our project manager, and Celeste was so helpful in putting the finishing touches on our home. I own a home inspection business, and see the lack of quality in some of the other area builders on a weekly basis. Thank you, Garland, for building my family such a wonderful and solid home!

we just built with Garland and moved into our brand new home late Feb. previously we were going to build with K. hov homes and had a horrible experience!!! we called Garland and he built our dream home. we literally had zero problems!!!!!!!! the whole process was wonderful!!!!!! the staff, the builder, the materials used!!!! we couldn't be happier with choosing garland and having our dream home. the quality and price are phenomenal!!! if we ever build again, we will chose garland!!!
