I moved to Cleveland for a job and found it very difficult to secure a nice apartment that was in my price range, attractive, and in Tremont. After searching for over a month I came across a property that looked perfect, Sutton Builders answered all of my questions over the phone so I could be properly prepared before the showing and allowed me to find exactly what I was looking for and secure my lease very quickly. I lived in their property for a year and it was a very pleasant and professional experience overall. In addition I can say that even after I was no longer renting from them Keith has continually gone above and beyond to be helpful and extremely professional. All in all I would highly recommend Sutton Builders.

I am getting ready to move out of my house in Tremont and I've lived here for 2 years. I can honestly say that I have had no issues with this place and the transition to move on has been extremely smooth. They let you live in peace and fix anything that you need in a very timely manner, even with the pandemic going on. I am truly appreciative and will hopefully be renting from them again soon!

Rock solid landlord. Their operations run smoothly and communication lines are easily accessible, which makes life easier for a renter. In my five years renting, Sutton office is always communicative about updates and check-ins, and the maintenance staff is friendly and flexible. They stay out of your hair, but are quick to respond when you need something, all of which I'm very appreciative.
