My husband and I have been working with Naomi Osborne to design and build our dream/retirement home on the Chesapeake Bay. From the first time that we walked into the Mitchell showroom, with no appointment or knowledge of what we wanted or needed, Naomi has been great. She was patient with us and has really listened to what We want and then helped us to design a home that is going to be our perfect home! She has guided us and offered her opinion but never pushed us into something that we really didn't want, even when I told her that I want a 8 ft island in my kitchen!! We "flipped the house layout - then flipped it back" - we "placed" the house on the lot and then turned it 180 degrees and she was 100% supportive. Her knowledge has been so valuable to us. We both could not be more pleased with our experience and would - and do - highly recommend Naomi and Mitchell homes. The entire team is a joy to work with.

I had a great experience from the beginning to end. I would highly recommend this company. They took the time to help me customize one of their floor plans to meet my needs. They walked me through each step of the process and were willing to answer any questions that I had. Deborah and Janet who work in the home office along with Angi and Harvey out of the sales office are the best! There were a few things that had to be repaired after closing which we expected. They repaired them fast and assured us that anything that came up to contact them and they will take care of it. This is a builder that cares and I recommend they highly!

Mitchell Homes was very helpful during our home building process. We had used other companies before, just was not comfortable building, but Mitchell walked us through every step and was there to help! A big shout out to our contractor Jeff and the ladies at the office were amazing (Deborah, April, and Janet) Even though building is a headache they were here to help!
