Hampton Inn & Suites-Knoxville/North I-75

It was a great stay. Nathan at the front counter was wonderful. knowledgeable, polite, and he looked at my Hilton rewards number and wrote it down so I had a copy of it! The beds were soft and comfortable. The shower was hot and the water pressure was great. The breakfast was perfect for the road ahead. The lady in breakfast area was also very nice and warmed up my muffins. She also gave me a bag for my OJ and bagel for the road.

This was a great find for a hotel. It is an older property, and probably needs some updates, but we loved it. The rooms were clean and spacious. They gave us more than we expected. The property was well decorated and one of the best themed properties I have seen for Hilton (they supported the local colleges). The food was also some of the best food I have had at a Hampton Inn. I will stay here again.

My whole family give this hotel 5 stars. The entire staff (front/breakfast/cleaning crew) are very professional and amicable. The room we stayed in was very spacious, clean and comfortable. If we go back to the area, we will definitely stay here.
