Hilton Americas-Houston

I really enjoyed this hotel and I’ve never left a review for a hotel before. Brenda at the front desk was so helpful and kind. The bell hops were amazing & one nice gentleman had been there 9 years which is awesome! A gentleman working the pickup/drop off area was so kind and offered cold water and was pleasant to speak with. He’s worked there 11 years! I stayed in a Pure room for the first time and really enjoyed it. I didn’t wake up with a dry, stuffy nose like I normally do in hotels. Will definitely look for Pure rooms at Hilton properties going forward. Great location to other stuff within walking distance. Love the nearby park. Lovely hotel, lovely staff! 5 stars!!

We had an AMAZING experience. This was a gorgeous, clean hotel and everyone we encountered was great. We had an incredible view from our room and it was such a fun area around the hotel to explore. The one minor issue we had was figuring out where to park when we arrived, but that was more user error than anything!

My stay so far has been amazing! The staff is the most courteous I’ve encountered. The amenities are first class. Just finished a 5k run on the 23rd floor, then hit the sauna. The view during the run was breathtaking. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times, and will be back to stay again!
