Hyatt Regency Buffalo / Hotel and Conference Center

Very nice place to stay while in the city. They offer valet parking during your stay. The rooms were very clean. The view was nice at night, but the windows definitely could use a good cleaning. The entire hotel was very beautiful, updated and modern. It was located close to the Rec Room, which was the reason we were in town. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a convenient place in town.

This is a really great place to stay. The rooms are nice and the views are really cool. It’s the staff that makes the experience even better. Everyone seems to be in such great moods and they’re always super ready to help if you need it. I actually dropped my keys down the elevator shaft and Percy got right into action and saved the day. I will definitely stay here again for my next trip to Buffalo.

Shout out to Jillian who with a smile at 20 feet and a how is everything at 7 feet made my day and her presence at other events always with a smile , Christopher, Nathan, the Valets can I help you ,all ok. Just the whole staff GREAT JOB to all.
