Loews Hotel

First time staying at Loews Philadelphia and I know I will be back. The location was convenient. Everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance. We loved how super friendly the staff was. Every staff member we encountered greeted us, even if just in passing. They were very knowledgeable about the area and provided great recommendations for a few places we wanted to go. The rooms were bright, clean, and had such a freshness in the air. Looking forward to my next visit.

Beautiful and clean hotel! Each staff member I interacted with was enjoyable, friendly and helpful. AND after I checked out... hours later, I realized I left my wedding ring by accident in the room. The staff quickly discovered it had been turned in. I rewarded the well deserved person who turned it in. I'll be back! Great hotel - great people!

Great little overnight getaway for two busy parents with 3 littles. We had dinner, used the gym and just relaxed in our quiet room. We also had breakfast at Bank and Bourbon and the service for both dinner and breakfast was spectacular. We felt so well taken care of and the food was out of this world.
