Initial impressions with valet and the front desk were both commendable. In fact, our interactions with other staff at this hotel were remarkably pleasant also. I liked the dining options in the lobby area and also appreciated that there were a good number of other meal options nearby. The room was well laid out, clean and comfortable. With our visit being in the festive season, the renowned pool area was lavishly decorated with holiday lights and it was a delight to hang out there.

Second, every staff member we encountered was so nice and helpful. Third, the hotel is perfection! It's in a perfect location and absolutely beautiful. The pool deck is definitely a sight to see. Wonderful experience!

We were there for an event on the rooftop and it was lovely! The lights were gorgeous and it was decorated really cool for Christmas. It's an amazing place. We'll definitely be back to spend the night and bring the kids to the Texas shaped lazy river.
