Molly Maid of Memphis

Recently had a great experience with Molly Maids. I needed a deep clean and a plan for moving forward, and the Customer Service rep, Paige, was great! She worked with me to get initial clean done quickly and at a cost I was pleased with. I found it easy to communicate with her by phone or email, even text. Super convenient. The actual cleaning, done by Eve and Mario of Team 7, was fantastic! I have an older home and they dealt with dust bunnies and buildup on ceiling fans, my blinds, the bathrooms … I was just really impressed and thankful that they did such a good job! They were kind and worked around my family. Thank you so much!

Team 5 with Sharbia and Erica came to clean my house, and they did an excellent job! They were friendly, good with my dog and kiddos, and everything looked so amazing after they deep cleaned. Paige does customer service and she has been so great to work with, asking specific needs for the cleaning service and following up to make sure everything was how we wanted it. Couldn't be happier.
