Jacob Owen’s is the man. He serviced our AC unit which was built in 2009. Very friendly and educational. The next day (Super Bowl Sunday) we had another issue with water leaking out under the AC unit. I thought the issue was related to the work he had done. He came out on a Sunday to check it out. It was completely unrelated and had to do with a plumbing issue connected to our washing machine. He helped us resolve that issue as well and now we need a plumber. But I’m so glad we were in good hands for both issues and over the weekend too! Highly recommend Frymire to anybody looking for a company they can trust and Jacob if you can get him.

I could not have asked for a better experience. Patrick was very kind, respectful, and really showed patience as he answered all of my questions. I really liked that I didn’t feel pressured into doing more than what I had to do. While I decided to opt for more, I did so as a risk based decision for the longevity of my HVAC, not because I felt like I had to. As a first time homeowner, I didn’t know what to expect but I now that I have used this company, I won’t be looking for others and will highly recommend them to friends.

Quick and easy fix. Nick was amazing in explaining everything and got us back up and running expeditiously. As a company they were so flexible with rescheduling when CoServ decided to plan a power outage right after I scheduled the service. They’re the best!

Is very professional and accurate with all details of what he has saw and going to do with our system! His knowledge with our system was good and professional, he took the time to thoroughly explain what he is going to do and also suggested or saw that the ventilation ducts needed and should be cleaned ASAP! He also said that airtron was having a special on the prices for duct cleaning and he also called to set up our appointment they Airtron itself! Would like to have Dawin come back and do our future maintenance for our AC unit.

Dung Nguyen from Airtron did a great job. He arrived right on time, explained everything clearly, and was very professional throughout the visit. I never felt rushed, and he took his time to make sure my AC system was properly maintained for the winter. Really happy with the service and would definitely recommend him.

I had a great experience with Wernel, the HVAC tech! He was super patient, quickly got to work. In no time, he had everything sorted out. It’s refreshing to see someone who really knows their stuff and takes the time to make sure you’re comfortable. Highly recommend!

Jose was very helpful and professional! He ran thorough tests, explained my options, and replaced the wall thermostat unit in the same visit. Jose made sure I fully understood the process, showed me photos of the units in the attic, and provided in depth information making sure I understood how to use the new wall unit. After the installation I received an email with all photos and explanations. Chris in the office helped me make the appointment and provided a quick solution to get me on the schedule. Excellent service all around!

I’ve used Rescue Air & Plumbing several times for a/c issues and have always had success. Their technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. Derrick Posley helped me this time and he is so nice and knows his stuff. He explained everything he was doing before and after the work. He even got me to sign up for a membership. That’s how much I trust Rescue to do great work!

We have used Rescue Air for five years. For yearly maintenance and also a new unit. With the maintenance plan it is always reassuring that help is on the way as soon as you call. Today we had more outstanding service with Max and Andre. So polite, knowledgeable, caring, neat, safe and clean. I’m 100% for Rescue Air and their leadership. They were doing my bi yearly maintenance which is covered with my maintenance plan.
