MILESTONE ELECTRIC, A/C, & PLUMBING REVIEWS

Tyler with Milestone Electric, AC, & Plumbing came out today to replace a rusted AC pan, unclog the drains, and service our unit. He did a fantastic job and explained everything thoroughly. He even took a video to show us the before and after aspects of the repair. Tyler removed all the old parts and took them with him, so I didn't have to dispose of anything. He left all areas he worked in clean and tidy. He was professional and courteous. He even wore plastic covers over his shoes when indoors. I was happy with the service and highly recommend Milestone (and Tyler) for your next job!

Uriel did a great job for me, and he was incredibly helpful, professional, and personable. He came out to my new home to turn on an existing water filtration system. He tested the water before and after turning on the filtration system and explained everything very thoroughly. He also explained to me the shut-off procedures should an emergency arise and I need to turn it off. All very helpful. But then as he was leaving he offered to bring in some not-so-light boxes for me from my porch. That was such a nice gesture and it just really shows how the Milestone team go above and beyond in providing excellent customer service.

Luis Percy provided exceptional AC repair service. His professionalism stood out from the start - they actually reached out to see if he could arrive early for the appointment, which was a welcome surprise. He quickly diagnosed and resolved our cooling problem, getting our upstairs back to a comfortable temperature. His courtesy in checking before arriving early shows great respect for customers’ time. If you are looking for a reliable, professional AC technician who gets the job done right, Luis is your person. He also helped set us up with the Milestone Advantage membership and we were able to start using benefits immediately.

Zack and Tristan were awesome! Very professional and went above and beyond for us. We were super busy the day they came leaving them to figure a lot on their own which they did making our lives so much easier! They were both super friendly and did an amazing quality of work. I highly recommend and will definitely use Bacon again because of them. Thank you!

If you need an HONEST very knowledgeable plumber, you MUST use Forrest F with Bacon. Forrest very easily could have just told me yeah I’m gonna come out but he didn’t do that instead he directed me back to my previous company that I purchased a water heater from 5 years ago since it was still under warranty. That company ever flow was a joke would not stand behind their product, and Forrest and Bacon jumped straight in, came and took care of me and it has been an amazing experience. Avoid everflow plumbing, luckily our house didn’t burn down. Thank you Forrest and Bacon for being honest and trustworthy. I look forward to MANY years of service with you.

Finding good plumbing service hasn’t been easy. A lot of companies will charge an arm & a leg just to come out & inspect, or they’ll simply demand more from you than you’re looking to have worked on. That was all I kept running into when we bought a house in Dallas county until we finally found Berkey’s. No inspection fee as every technician they send out is a licensed professional who genuinely wants to help you & your home instead of make a quick buck. Since summer 2025 we’ve had several amazing techs come through (shout out to Gustavo in particular!) & have had 2 major projects worked on: a water leak under the house fixed & a new water heater installation. Berkey’s even provides deals & financing options which have honestly saved our ass. My husband & I are satisfied Berkey’s customers & will gladly continue to support their business the next time something pops up—which thanks to them doesn’t look like will be happening that quickly. Appreciate yall so much!
