This is our first time buying a home and green scene has given us the peace of mind needed to go through with our purchase. Travis Pizalate did a phenomenal job. He was incredibly detailed oriented and very professional. He made us feel comfortable asking questions and made himself available to address all of our concerns. Sean Lewis was our inspector for our 11 month new build inspection and he was wonderful! Personable, professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. We felt very comfortable with Sean in our home. His inspection was thorough and we so appreciate his expertise! The video at the end of the inspection was great! Sean explained every picture that he took and walked us through each and every detail. We feel confident that the few minor issues Sean pointed out will be taken care of by our builder before our one year warranty is up.
