This experience has been short since the new owners just took over. However the customer service has been excellent . Because of the negligence of the prior owners it caused a lot of confusion and frustration. The new management work with us to alleviate the concerns, especially Ms. Pre, who maintained her professionalism. She went above and beyond to make this transition bearable. Elton and Nichelle were more than amazing. They were both very welcoming and friendly. Elton was patient and understanding while assisting me. He was able to answer all my questions as well as fill some blanks for me without me having to ask. If I could give more stars, I would regarding their customer service!
