Richie showed up just as scheduled, listened to my concerns, and, as he did the inspection, walked me through everything I should look for. Since I travel a lot, he gave me advice on how to avoid bringing bed bugs into my home after a trip. Luckily for me, I didn't have any bed bugs, but if I ever have a need for pest control, Bug Head will be the only one I call.
