Phil and Misael were the perfect professionals . They were timely and very knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable that they knew what they were going. They answered all my questions in a manner that was understandable and complete. Great job! Cesar was excellent. My heater was not working and at first he could not detect the problem. He rescheduled my appointment to make sure he had plenty of time to determine the problem and to resolve it. He is a great communicator and explained exactly what needed to be done. I am very pleased with his work, his attention to cleanliness and his willingness to stay until the job was completed.

We are long time customers of Brody Pennell and over the years we've never had anything but positive experiences with their service tech. Our most recent service was performed by Cesar Corrales and Joey Rodriguez. They are the living proof that you can be professional and friendly at the same time. Just a pleasurable experience having them work in our home. One reason why we have will continue to recommend Brody Pennell to friends and neighbors.

We turned on our heater for the first time this season and we ran into problems, I called Brody Pennell the dispatcher was very polite and they sent out Jonathan Ortiz as our technician and he provided excellent service, he is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Our heating issue was fixed in no time. Highly recommend.

Excellent service! Very professional -- every appointment was on time. Communications were excellent; schedule changes were notified well in advance. The crew that did the installation did a great job. They worked well together. Left the place clean and neat. The job was the full replacement of a 40yo HVAC system in a two story town home. Replacement was with a new heat pump and air handler.

JW Air installed my HVAC system 5 years ago and at that time I was very impressed with their professionalism and service. I’ve continued to use them for my semiannual HVAC inspection and have never been disappointed in their work or customer service. They are easily the most professional and customer service-oriented of any business I’ve worked with. I sense they spend a great deal of time in training and developing a strong company value of customer service. They’re just the best.

Alex Griego did the maintenance today . Alex is very friendly and customer oriented. Alex is a great person and easy to get along thanks you for sending him!!! Explained all the issues and did a great service, I would request his service again in the future and refer him to others.

Eddie Soto from Service Genius came out today for the routine service on my heating and air conditioning system. He was so polite and knowledgeable. I appreciate his thorough work. He was very detailed and explained the work he did and showed me pictures. I recommend this company for any HVAC issues!
