Bilt-Well was a terrific partner. Their work is high-quality. The team was hard working and friendly. We had multiple neighbors comment on how accommodating they were when trucks or equipment needed to be moved. The kick-off took a little while to get going. I had to call multiple times to get answers on the contract before signing. But once everything was set, the start date was set and the work happened in less days than I had anticipated. I recommend these folks and would/will work with them again.

I'm a DIYer, but for a couple of projects too big for me, I did much research, got several bids, and made a decision. I hired Bilt-Well. The entire experience of handling these (big) jobs was made so much easier by the professionalism of everyone involved (not sure if I should give names, so I won't); from the office people handling our bid requests (roof and gutters); to the very knowledgeable men that came out to do the bids and gave us some very welcome advise and recommendations; to the contracts (easy to understand); to the down payment and the entire payment(s) process; the promptness, helpfulness, and work ethics of the crews that did excellent work. I was so happy to cross these projects off my list. I will be contacting them again so they can help me tackle some other projects on my list. And I recommend that you do too! They are good people. ANR ROOFING REVIEWS

Andy from ANR Roofing came out to inspect leak through the gas heater vent. Previous roofer installed the wrong vent (whirlybird) so water went through from the recent storm. They installed the correct vent and cleaned gutters without charge. They kept to the original estimated charge and everyone was on time and very professional. It was a pleasure talking to everyone connected with ANR Roofing. I will trust them to install a new roof when it becomes necessary.

They repaired my garage roof after a windstorm, and my house roof as well. They were fast clean and fair. What impressed me most was when I had problems with my house roof, they pointed out that because of the sun exposure, one side of the roof needed immediate replacement but the other would be good for several (I think they said 2-3) more years, so they suggested that they replace the bad side and that cap that goes along the point in the middle, so I could get more use out of the good side. Eventually that got replaced as well, but I appreciated that candor and fairness, and it was helpful to pay half at a time, years apart.

High quality work at a fair price. I'm very happy with the job ANR did. They incorporated some improvements around my chimney where the flashing was not keep[ing heavy rain out, and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves. Ezra, who came out and gave me the initial estimate, and the entire work crew were friendly, polite, and great communicators. All good.
