From first contact I was greeted with professional, friendly personnel. Considering how very busy they are/were with our unusual winter that was a plus from the start. The gentlemen who came to inspect & gave the estimate were very thorough & patient when explaining everything. After a not unreasonable delay (it continued to rain) the crew was here & completed the repairs in one morning. The inspection indicated that there are probably 2 more years before the roof will need to be replaced unlike the company who placed the tarp (at an outrageous price) & was pressuring me to replace it immediately. I will definitely be be using Bilt-Well Roofing when the time comes for the new roof. Thank you to all the employees I came in contact with, you're the best!
I recently used Bilt Well Roofing Company for a repair of a patch on my roof and I was extremely impressed with their service. The technician arrived on time and assessed the damage promptly. They explained the necessary repairs in a clear and concise manner, and provided a fair and reasonable estimate. We had another roofer come out and quoted $3,650 for the patch work and I called Bilt -Well to see if that was reasonable and they immediately told me that the quote was way too high. They came out and fixed it for $2K. The repair was completed quickly and efficiently, and the technician cleaned up the work area before leaving. The quality of the repair was excellent and I am very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Bilt Well Roofing Company to anyone in need of a roof repair.

Andy from ANR Roofing came out to inspect leak through the gas heater vent. Previous roofer installed the wrong vent (whirlybird) so water went through from the recent storm. They installed the correct vent and cleaned gutters without charge. They kept to the original estimated charge and everyone was on time and very professional. It was a pleasure talking to everyone connected with ANR Roofing. I will trust them to install a new roof when it becomes necessary.
NR did an excellent job at repairing our roof which included removing the clay tile from entry way and replacing with shingles that matched the roof. You can't tell the difference! Great service! Thanks!

Before hiring Top Roofing to do my roof, I had 3 other estimates done before them. 2 companies came in with higher estimates with hidden costs and 1 company came in lower but would take 4-5 weeks to finish with hidden costs (i.e. wood replacement). With that said, I am very happy to have met Lior and I had great experience with him and Top Rooofing. He is very knowledgeable and patient as well as honest about the total cost to replace/repair. Although the project was to take 4-5 days to complete, Lior and his team finished my roof in 2.5 days. My only knock on Top Roofing is that one of their guys cut a cable by accident which took out my cable TV and internet services. Overall, I can't say "thank you" enough for the awesome job they did with my roof and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair/installation services.
