Sears is still in business and they're there to help people with their appliance repair, and other repairs including the stores that are still open you can buy the appliances directly with great warranties like my Sears Home warranty that I've had for 6 plus years and their great products. As a long-term Sears customer I tell people that to stick and support your Sears retailer. The technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and quickly diagnosed the issue. It turned out that the fan motor needed to be replaced. He had the part in his truck and was able to fix it right away. He also checked the rest of the fridge to make sure there were no other potential problems. The service was outstanding, and the price was fair. I’m very happy with the results and will definitely be using this company again for any future repairs.
